What the bell tells you, which alerts go by email or push, and how to switch them on or off.

Web console & mobile appUpdated 12 October 2026

The bell at the top (web) or on the Dashboard (app) shows alerts for your pharmacy. The number is how many you have not read.

What you get

AlertWhen
Low stockAn item falls to or below its reorder level
Expiring stockBatches enter the expiry alert window
Licence expiringA document enters its remind window, and again on expiry
Purchase receivedA delivery is received at a store
Payment receivedA credit customer settles an amount
SubscriptionRenewal due, payment failed, trial ending
SystemPolicy changes, maintenance, security notices

Tap an alert to open the screen it is about. Read all clears the badge; the cross removes an alert from the list.

Preferences

Settings → Security → Notification preferences (web) or Profile → Notifications (app):

  • Push notifications on this phone
  • Alert emails
  • In-app (the bell)
  • Product news and offers, which you can switch off at any time; invoices, renewal and security notices always arrive, as the Terms say

Every marketing email also carries an unsubscribe link that works without signing in.

Common mistakes

  • Turning off everything because the bell was noisy. Raise the reorder levels or the expiry window instead; those decide how many alerts you get.
