What PharmaBells is and who sees what

The web console, the mobile app, and what each role in your pharmacy can do.

PharmaBells runs a retail pharmacy end to end: billing at the counter, stock with batches and expiry, purchases from suppliers, customers and credit, GST reports, staff and licences. It comes in two parts that share one account and one set of data.

Roles

Every user has a role. The role decides which menus they see and what they can change. The owner can also make custom roles.

RoleCan do
Owner (administrator)Everything, for every store: settings, staff, billing, subscription, closing the account
Store managerRun one store end to end: bills, stock, purchases, staff attendance, expenses, reports
PharmacistBill, manage medicines and batches, adjust stock, see reports
CashierBill, take payments, returns, customers; see stock
Inventory managerMedicines, batches, suppliers, purchase orders, transfers, stock audits
AccountantSales, purchases, payments, expenses, GST and reports; nothing at the counter

If a menu you expect is missing, your role does not include it. Ask your administrator rather than sharing a login.

Stores

A pharmacy can have one store or many. Stock, bills and attendance belong to a store; medicines, customers, suppliers and settings are shared. A user can be given one store or several, and switches between them from the top bar on the web or from Profile on the phone.
